Book Update March 2010.

Child Of The Elves

In the Lands of the Realm of Light, a battle is forged, a journey is set and a battle cry looms in the distance. Child Of The Elves is book 1 of the Elven Quest Trilogy.

Centered in the fantasy Realm of Light, two prophecies were wrote:

"One will Rule and One will Turn."

"A magical born child will determine the fate of both realms."

The mighty Centaurs interpretation of the first prophecy surrounds Prince Alfred and Prince Jewles, the royal and noble princes of the Elven Nation. The noble sons of Queen Eleve'.

The second prophecy is clouded in mystery. The prophecy surrounds a child, interpreted as a magical born child whose powers will determine the fate of both realms.

"A mere child could never possess enough magical strength to move a cup, let a lone to cause any great harm." shouted Smarthaug as he glowed radiant white with rage.

Elven Warriors, Child of the Elves trilogy

The word elven dates back centuries. Misconception to its origins and claims by many cultures creates blurred synopsis to its true description.

In the Child of the Elves series you will see a new meaning to the word "Elves" brought to life in a land where seven kingdoms are ruled independently, yet survive under governance from the Elves.

The elves in the trilogy Child of the Elves are very tall and muscular build warriors. Their training begins at an early age, consistent with present day human school age children but the elven tradition for education goes further then just academics. The elven child must master several levels of its education and training before they can be considered worthy enough to earn the rights to their name.

Training of an elf consists of years of academics, alchemy and basic arms training.

It is not until all of those areas of mastered before the arms training broadens into integrated levels of basic magic.

Once a elven pupil shows the ability to master both the beginning of the arms training and magical creation only then can they move on into other areas such as potions and concealment.

Advanced elven training is not achieved all pupils. Only a few are selected by the

elders to continue their training.

Through multiple competitive training battles staged in front of the entire nation and seven elven elders, only the best are chosen to continue into the advanced elven training school. In the advanced elven training school, pupils receive intense magical training where they learn the skills to become guards in the out land patrols or work in the department of defense for the elven nation or various other areas where the elven elders decide they are best suited for the whole of the Elven Nation.

Advanced magical training builds from the basic use of magic to the master level, in which a pupil can shape shift into other creatures, use concealment to turn translucent and create advance level potions. At the master level a graduate earns the right to be commissioned as an Elven Warrior of the Nation.

Pupils that are not chosen worthy for the intense training of the advanced magic school must go to the trade and commodity school where they can choose their best suited trade position within the Elven Nation.

Since trade and commodity is supplied throughout the seven kingdoms by the Elves of the Nation, the trade and commodity school is most important to the survival of the Elven Nations future, by bringing to life the best out of its next generation.
